第二屆中國國際消費(fèi)品博覽會(huì)外籍人員參會(huì)須知

Foreigners Registration to the Hainan Expo 2022

第二屆中國國際消費(fèi)品博覽會(huì)（2022年）將于2022年7月26日至30日在海南國際會(huì)展中心舉辦。為優(yōu)化報(bào)名參會(huì)服務(wù)，我們?yōu)橥饧藛T提供線上線下兩種報(bào)名方式參會(huì)。請有關(guān)人員在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)報(bào)名，并詳細(xì)閱讀防疫須知，落實(shí)展會(huì)疫情防控要求。

The Second China International Consumer Products Expo (Hainan Expo 2022) will be held in Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center from July 26 to 30, 2022. As part of the optimization of the registration service, we provide online and offline registration methods for foreign participants. Relevant personnel are requested to register within the specified time, read the epidemic prevention instructions, and follow the epidemic response requirements of the Expo.

一、線上辦理“專業(yè)觀眾”證件

I.  Online application for "Professional Visitor" badge

即日起，可登錄中國國際消費(fèi)品博覽會(huì)官方網(wǎng)站辦理專業(yè)觀眾證件參會(huì)，新用戶需填入個(gè)人或企業(yè)信息注冊賬號(hào)再進(jìn)行辦理。專業(yè)觀眾證件通行期限為展會(huì)全程，共5日。

From now on, you can log on to the official website of China International Consumer Products Expo to apply for "Professional Visitor" badge, which can allow you the entry to the expo. New users need to fill in their personal and business information to register an account before the application. The badge stays valid for 5 days throughout the expo.

（一）辦理網(wǎng)址：

（二）辦理方式：點(diǎn)擊網(wǎng)站首頁頂部導(dǎo)航欄“報(bào)名”-“專業(yè)觀眾”進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)辦理。

   (II) Procedure: Click the “Sign Up” and select  "Visitors Registration" in the navigation bar at the top of the homepage, and then enter the system.

（三）辦理時(shí)間：2022年7月11日-22日。

  (III) Time: July 11-22, 2022

（四）收費(fèi)金額：200元/張。

  (IV) Fee: RMB 200 / badge

（五）領(lǐng)取方式：免費(fèi)郵寄(推薦)或現(xiàn)場憑護(hù)照原件領(lǐng)取。

  (V) Free express delivery (recommended), or on-site pickup with original passport.

二、線下前往注冊及證件管理中心辦理

II. Offline registration at the Registration Center

（一）線下支持辦理三種類型證件：

   (I) Offline application for three types of badges:

（1）7月29日或30日單日通行的單日證；

  (1) Badge for one-day pass on July 29 or 30;

（2）7月29日和30日雙日通行的雙日證；

  (2) Badge for double-day pass on July 29 and 30;

（3）7月26日-30日五天通行的“專業(yè)觀眾證”。

  (3) “Professional Visitor” badge for five-day pass from July 26 to 30.

（二）辦理地址：中國國際消費(fèi)品博覽會(huì)注冊及證件管理中心（海南省?？谑行阌^(qū)夢享龍騰灣商業(yè)中心一層）。

   (II) Location of application: China International Consumer Products Expo Registration Center (1F, Mengxiang Longtengwan Business Center, Xiuying District, Haikou, Hainan Province).

（三）辦理方式：攜本人護(hù)照原件及證件照電子版到證件中心境外人員辦證柜臺(tái)取號(hào)辦理，現(xiàn)場領(lǐng)取。需注意，展期因疫情防控要求，開展期間當(dāng)天辦理或?qū)е聼o法入場。

  (III) Procedure: Bring the original passport and electronic version of ID photo to the registration counter for overseas personnel of the registration center to get a number and wait for your turn. The badge will be issued on site. Please note that due to the anti-epidemic policy, application for a badge on the same day as the exhibition may result in failure of admission.

（四）辦理時(shí)間：2022年7月11日至30日。

  (IV) Time: July 11-30, 2022.

（五）收費(fèi)金額：

  (V) Fees:

（1）單日證50元/張；

  (1) Badge for one-day pass: RMB 50/per badge;

（2）雙日證100元/張；

  (2) Badge for double-day pass: RMB 100/per badge;

（3）專業(yè)觀眾證200元/張。

  (3) “Professional Visitor”badge: RMB 200/per badge.

三、防疫須知

III. Notes on epidemic response

（一） 提前實(shí)名注冊申領(lǐng)“海南健康碼”，并確認(rèn)健康碼為綠色；

   (I) Register with your real name in advance to apply for "Hainan Health Code", and confirm that the health code is green;

（二）每次入館時(shí)須持有48小時(shí)內(nèi)1次核酸檢測陰性證明，請根據(jù)入館時(shí)間提前自行完成核酸檢測；

   (II) Each time you enter the venue, you must hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test physical report. Please do the nucleic acid test in advance according to the time of your entry into the venue;

（三）展會(huì)期間全程佩戴口罩（醫(yī)用外科及以上防護(hù)級(jí)別口罩），保持安全距離，建議自備多個(gè)口罩，每4小時(shí)更換一次;

  (III) Wear masks (surgical masks or above) throughout the expo and keep a safe social distance. It is recommended to bring several masks and put on a new one every 4 hours;

（四）展期（7月26日-30日）可憑證件在消博會(huì)注冊和證件管理中心門口等核酸采樣點(diǎn)接受一次免費(fèi)核酸檢測服務(wù)。

  (IV) During the expo (July 26-30), you can enjoy one-time free nucleic acid testing service at nucleic acid sampling points, such as the entrance of the Registration Center.
